Frogfoot = NO GO

We have been struggling with Frogfoot for about a week nou. After Frogfoot migrated with Blitz Fibre we have had no internet connection. We have been phoning them every day since and always get the ‘we will call back’. We also cannot call Frogfoot directly because we ‘are not following the right channel’ !!! On top of that, Frogfoot is the main fibre constructors in our area, so we cannot get anyone else to help us!! DO NOT use them EVER!! They are ***********, unhelpful and arrogant when spoken to!
