My Technician Johnny Jordan, left yesterday with the third light not on , he asked me to send him a WhatsAPp image when the third light goes on.

The third light never came on and he said he would call the company that did the initial infrastructure to lower the DBMs because they are too hight and that the problem.

But after calling him today, he says he’s busy with other clients and he can only get to me in the afternoon, meaning i have to have another day of no internet and I run an internet company.

The internet was meant to start working yesterday and i even budgeted for such, I can’t keep buying data = While have a paid fibre connection.

Please could you send out another technician or ask Johnny to sort this out before moving onto other installations.
