Frogfoot network down more than up this month

It was with great excitement when FrogFoot started laying fibre in my area and I was one of the first to sign up. Needless to say it has been a struggle since day one to get 50MB per second and my service has been off for more than 50% this month. I am currently on my 4th fault reference number after a total of 23 support calls this month.
