Frogfoot needs to seriously up their game!!!

Over the last 2 weeks, we have around 8 instances of entire days with no service and constant "outages". I understand that outages can occur and general maintenance gets scheduled, but this has now become a norm. What is going on!!??

This is really not up to scratch!! If the backbone is this unstable, how we are expected to pay for a utility that cannot be provided!

The other issue, is that Frogfoot "Own" this infrastructure and thus have a "monopoly" on the utility in our area. We don't have the option to just move to another Infrastructure Provider.

Come on Frogfoot, you guys need to up your game!

With more & more people working remotely these days, this is becoming a vital utility for most of us.
