FrogFoot - most Useless Fibre provider!!!!

Absolutely disgusted with Frogfoot customer service. My connectivity dropped on Sunday afternoon, tried to use their useless WhatsApp help functionality… it does not work, it keeps asking you to put in the same info you put in previously. Next day, got a hold of my ISP to help and they logged a call for them to come out, I only get a call back on Tuesday… made an appointment for 3pm, technician does not pitch, nor do they call. Then I get a call from a Technician on Thursday to tell me, he did not see the call allocated to him???? Waiting to see if they come through and fix the issue by 9am on Thursday…. If not I’m going to the CEO to tell him how useless his company is and to spread the news to NEVER use FROGFOOT again!!!
