Frogfoot - most pathetic service provider ever

This company deserves a zero rating.

I have the misfortune to have frogfoot fibre in the complex where I live. If ever there was a useless, pathetic company it is Frogfoot. Our fibre is continiously off, it is now the fifth time this month that we are off. We have been off for more than 12 days this month and the pathetic situation just continues.

Their feedback is useless and meaningless........There is an outage in your area, more feedback will follow. This means nothing to anybody.....and we never get the promised feedback. Last Saturday 23 March, a frogfoot employee phoned me, telling me that the problem has been found and rectified and that we will have stable internet. Less than a week later we are back to the sos. Our fibre went off on Thursday 28 March and we are still without fibre today, Saturday 30 March. Their excuses and promises means nothing.

I would not recommend this company to anybody, as they are there only for your money.They dont know the meaning of the words customer service.
