FROGFOOT? MORE LIKE SNAILFOOT!!

Frogfoot came to install my Fibre line on 20/01/2021, its shockingly 2 days to a month since installation and my line is still not up. I've called them on numerous occasions to query this and the consultants seem just as dumbfounded as I am. There's no cohesion within the employees of the company. No communication among the staff. Its like no one knows anything. To make matters worse, they're trying to ****** funds out of me for wanting to cancel the service by making me pay for installation of services I have never even used. I am beyond irritated and disappointed. I would never EVER recommend the service to anyone within Protea Glen and Soweto at large. In fact, I'm going to take my experience to other social platforms.
