Frogfoot mixing lines

So I relocated and my service provider Vodacom was absolutely amazing. Within a few day of moving into my new place they arranged that a line be installed.

But apparently I cannot get access via my service provider as frogfoot/line instalation company, linked my line to a webafrica account. Now for the life of me I just don't understand. I pay for my service with Vodacom and my router and on their side everything is perfect but I just cannot get access. This is getting out of hand and very frustrating.
