Frogfoot is useless!!!

I have app**** to MWeb for a fibre connection via Frogfoot on November 23, during which there was no hassle to sign me up.

Today is December 15 and I still do not have an active connection as Mweb keeps on telling me that Frogfoot is not responding to them even afte escalating the matter.

I have even called frogfoot myself, still no action!

I have reached the point where I am so sick and tired and frustrated that this fibre connection is not active!!

This is my livelihood and my source of income!!
