Frogfoot is useless

I am extremely upset with the service of Frogfoot's services. We have logged a faulty box (FF#686070) on Tuesday and still have not received any feedback from them. Today is Saturday! I work from home and have lost a lot of clients and money due to no internet. Our service provider (Busy Buy) was extremely helpful in this matter and followed up with Frogfoot, and they have also not received any feedback. Useless company!!
