Frogfoot is pathetic!

By far the most useless Service provider on the world! Long story. I was with Afrihost through Frogfoot fiber. Canceled Afrihost to move over to Axxess. For a whole month Frogfoot refused to allow axxess access to my fiber. Turns out Afrihost has a 30day termination policy and had to release the line back to Frogfoot before Axxess could help me. Now Frogfoot is away for the weekend and they have to physically approve the transition between Afrihost and Axxess! and I am stuck without internet for 3 days! Pathetic!
