If I could give you a negative rating I would. Every week we have an outage, for at least a day. No reason why, no ERT, just a blackhole.

We have people who rely on the fibre for work, for security, etc. We live in a day and age where everything relies on the IOT.

Let alone that you have just enforced a price increase, for a service that is more unreliable than Eskom.

This is beyond ridiculous and this area is demanding answers. Maybe TT connect could take this area
