Frogfoot is just the worst carrier I have ever dealt with

They partnered with Nepic where I stay and since they are our carrier my 100MB link is now operating at 5MB if I am lucky. They refuse to respond to me as I am not their customer, but they are the carrier and the do not take ownership or responsibility of the situation
