Frogfoot is Eskom for ISP’s

I keep saying this to Vox Telecom, Frogfoot Fibre is horrific and we all can understand when I saw they are directly comparable to Eskom at present. I have previously had my internet supp**** by Vox solely with no problems or issues, since moving I have to use Vox via Frogfoot and can I just say it has been **********, the worst part of it all Frogfoot doesn’t have a face or point of contact then when you call Vox all they can say is that Frogfoot is experiencing problems. When I ask for a contact for Frogfoot, all I get it they don’t do any customer queries or support. Is this where we are in the world where your forced to use a service ( I live in a complex) forced to pay and have no communication or information when it’s down almost like it’s a privilege to have internet a privilege to be provided by *******. Frogfoot needs to own up and speak to their customers. Stop hiding behind Vox and take account for your lack of maintenance and infrastructure this has gone on for the last three weeks of having intermittent connection mainly early in the morning and at night. Frogfoot and yes Vox partly offer one of the worst services but hey we live in South Africa so we should rather shut up, pay and take what we can get because we get treated and made to believe we are third world *******. If you are ever considering either one of these service providers I urge you not too. You will be losing more than you get.
