Frogfoot is a Disaster of a company

The experience I have with this company can only be described as the worst experience. My fiber disconnected on the 21 March 2025 and to this day the 06 May 2025 it has not been fixed and I was still billed by Afrihost for fiber I have not used, I had to rely on my back up router (prepaid) to run the office, which is why I got fiber. This company is highly not recommended for anyone it is not consumer friendly at all. I regret ever coming across them and the problem is they are provisioned for our area.
