Frogfoot Inefficiency - Disgusting service

Every week for the past few months I have an issue where my fibre is down from 1hr to 5hrs at a time if not the whole day. This affects my work as well as my wife's work. Afrihost is very apologetic but Frogfoot never replies and doesn't give a ****. As a paying client I expect efficient and quality service, but not once have I received a reimbur*****t for time lost, but let me not pay then they probably quick to threaten. What disgusting service.
