FROGFOOT ***********

Frogfoot is the fiber provider in our area; a area with poor internet connection as it is. They have now been delaying installation at our complex for over a month. Reason being "....the contract is in the COO's desk and needs to be signed." I kid you not! Nothing else just this guy can't be bothered to do his job. Nevermind that we are in a time where this has an impact on people's livelihood. Working from home is now the norm and without decent internet it is becoming impossible! To make things worse they have monopoly in our area so can't even not use them. Might be why they being so ***********; no accountability. FUSTRATED
