Frogfoot fibre the worst service provider of fibre!

I have ordered Fibre from an ISP that uses Frogfoot in George. The order was put in 3 weeks ago! I specifically asked that I have Internet when I move to George as my business is dependant on it, and my son is studying online and needs to use teams. Only response is ticket numbers. They are never available. I informed them that their modum is in my house and they just need to activate it. But they chose to send someone to install it. That someone was not here for 3 weeks and still waiting. Today is a public holiday and then weekend, so given their service, who knows when! I would not suggest Frogfoot! Anyone else but them. Poor service, poor after sales service, and non existing! I wish my area could have another service provider for fibre, but unfortunately they don't! And given it is George, that is also disappointing that only Frogfoot is available in certain areas! Don't use Frogfoot if you can help it!
