Frogfoot Fibre Service is bad...

They are only there to take your money and never give you the service.

I cannot believe a company can be so useless...

Its been two weeks since we order and paid for a service we never get. When I phoned them and finally got some info. They still have not confirm my address to come and activate the Fiber.

Don't even let me start with there help desk... put down the phone in my ears not once but twice. They might have a slight better price then the competitors. But its not worth the struggle. Will not give me Info for a service I paid for, Will not log a ticket for escalate the situation and the calls get put down while I'm talking to them...
