Frogfoot fibre - poor service

I am on my way to rip out all these cable for frogfoot fibre. Since 04/11/2022 after the final installation we are waiting for our Complex (C*****park in benoni) to be provisioned. After promises on Saturday (05/11/2022) for someone to come at 15h00 nobody has pitched aswell as today (07/11/2022) at 17h30. We are still waiting on frogfoot to do their job. We have been delayed for quite a time before going live with excuses. Frogfoot is not recommended in my eyes to anyone due to the poor service we are receiving.
