FrogFoot Fibre Pathetic Customer Service

If I could I would give them 0 stars. Pathetic service the for the past 2 days. Been down for 2 days phoned in 6 times to follow up to get the same problem "frogfoot technical is working on the problem". Surely for such a big company they could fix the problem in a day if it is a nation wide problem.

Reported a fault about 2 months ago and phone back weekly to get told that they will phone me back and I never get a call back. Really pathetic Fibre provider in South Africa. Would not recommend them. I will be moving over to open serve as soon as possible.
