Frogfoot fibre... I've eventually lost my patience.

Thought this would be the end of Telkom and an upgrade from 40mb vdsl. Gosh was i wrong. Firstly ordered and signed a debit order for a 100/50 line. On installation I noticed they supp**** a 100/10 line. When i phoned to query the answer was 'there was a realignment of packages.' Ie: i pay for the 100/50 I ordered but they'll only supply 100/10. This is ******** practice/theft in my books. On top of this I am down 24 hours a week and trying to run a business. Any random day but every week the line is down for a day for the past 2 months. Avoid if possible... Im going back to Telkom... At least they refund you for downtime... Better the devil you know...
