Frogfoot Fibre issues

I'm dealing with Supersonic as my ISP and they keep saying it's an issue with Frogfoot Fibre. My connection has now been off 5 days with numerous calls to supersonic with open cases unresolved. I expect better service from both frogfoot and supersonic!!!!
