Frogfoot fibre is unreliable.

I have had more than five or six connectivity issues with my Frogfoot fibre line. I am an online teacher, working early morning hours, and I pay for a service that is supposed to give me a stable internet connection. I have lost interviews, classes, and this might cost me my job one day. Please improve your service to be stable at all times, because that is what I am paying for.
