Frogfoot fibre incompetence

Good morning. We are getting the worst service from Frogfoot Fibre. We and 2 of my neighbours have been sitting without fiber since 27April. Our service provider have logged numerous faults, I send messages on email, fb messenger. Tried phoning them don't want to speak to us, it's lockdown and according to their website they will do maintenance 24/7. Well nothing. We can't work, kids can't do homeschooling nothing.. They are the worst.
