FrogFoot Fibre in Noordhoek drops when it rains !!!

Don't use Frogfoot in Noordhoek! I am upset with the service of Frogfoot in San Michel area. According to Frogfoot they use wireless backhaul that goes down in the rain. I have had to use Telkom ADSL when the fibre drops in the rain so paying for 2 providers so that I can work efficiently at home. No other provider available so stuck with FrogFoot. Have a support call running for a month now which is being managed by Afrihost and getting the fault logged thru to FrogFoot was another challenge.
