FROGFOOT FIBRE GIVE BAD SERVICE - Actually they give NO service.

If I could have given zero stars I would have.

My 200mbps Frogfoot fibre line is giving me speeds of 0.15mbps. I have complained everyday to my ISP which is Afrihost and Afrihost keeps reaching out to Frogfoot to fix the line, but nothing is being done.

Frogfoot don't reply to their emails. No one from frogfoot has tried to contact me. It has been like this for almost a week now. And to be honest, since upgrading to 200mbps I have never achieved speeds anywhere close to what I should.

It seems It's easy to get service from Frogfoot before you sign up but once you have completely switched to their service they are unreachable. Here is my Afrihost Fault Reference number from Afrihost: 443269
