Frogfoot Fibre faulty..... No internet connection

Good Day

I am one very unhappy client with Frogfoot Fibre

We installed this about 5 weeks ago Ever since the installation of pipes and the Fibre we have a leak where they worked. It affected our water Meter, water bubbling out of the meter Neighbour's complaining about newly build boundary wall that is soaking wet because of the leak. No internet connection.

The wifi in on, but no internet connection!!!!

We had to take it to Pe Telkom so that technician could check it. Everything from their side is right

We made more then 20 calls with no luck as from time to time they cut us off. This is unacceptable!!!!

I need Frogfoot people to come out soonest and sort out this problem
