Frogfoot Fibre failure

Ja, just the same as most South African service providers very great selling but lack the ability to provide a service, they have your expensive fibre line mone for no internet. Every weekend is now with failure and the service is no where to be found. They are breaching the maintenance contract in our complex and I'm at a point to get another provider.
