Frogfoot fibre - disgusting

I had Frogfoot fibre installed 3 months ago. I have had more down time than uptime. They are continuosly busy with "mainternance" issues but don't have the decency to advise of these plans. Their lack of service is shocking. Tonight, on a sunday evening, there is not internet with no forwarning given. Disgusting!
