Frogfoot fibre connection - just can't get it to happen!

What a nightmare our experience with Frogfoot has been. Partly an Mweb issue too but we can't get it right with either company. Both call centres are pretty useless the one saying its the other ones issue!!! Technicians arrived from Frogfoot after our order had been in a month with Mweb and they informed us that there was no Frogfoot fibre to our complex we had to go to Openserve. I wish we could but we know that Frogfoot are the service providers for the complex!!! We had to do our own investigation and search and guess what we found Frogfoots cabling!! Now to get them back again is another story! So we wait again!!!!
