Frogfoot Fibre - be warned extremely poor customer service.

My ONT box died 2 months after installation. That was 3 weeks ago and they still haven't sent anybody to fix it. I've been told 3 times now that somebody would come and fix it in the next day or 2 and they did not show up with no status update or communication from them. Worst consumer experience I've ever had by far.
