Frogfoot Fibre and MWEB - shocking service in PE area

Atricious service from Frogfoot and MWEB. I live in PE where there have been numerous complaints about Frogfoot. I really should have done research before entrusting these companies with my hard earned cash.

Call logged on 20/12/2020 at 10am. The fault has yet to be resolved. Frogfoot is over their SLA in terms of resolving this issue. MWEB has been equally useless in representing my issues with Frogfoot. Honestly disgusted with the service and attitude from both companies. Caveat Emptor.
