Frogfoot fibre

I have frogfoot fibre through vodacom I've logged a complaint on tuesday in regards to our fibre that is offline, after speaking to numerous agents who all advise different things needless to say it is still not sorted out, I have requested to speak to a manager which is not available I was promised a call back which to date has not happened and today I get a call from another vodacom agent saying I requested to cancel my fibre this is an utter disgrace they easily take your money but are slow on providing the service I would most definately not be recommending this service to anyone
