Frogfoot Fibre

I am having a nightmare with Frogfoot who seem to be the only fibre people to hold the monopol - so no other choices to go to. they installed our line 2 years ago using sprag on the outside which now was cut when doing gardening - signing off the papers is why they refuse to take any responsability on the bill to fix it as if someone goes and checks if a line is properly layed out even underground!! I am so frustrated with their lack of service - so sad :(
