Frogfoot does not honour promises and does not give any feedback or respond to attempts to contact them.

Frogfoot came to our complex and laid fiber in the complex to every unit, promising us we could connect in a couple weeks. Of course that was a lie. Almost two years later they finally laid fiber around our block, promising then we could connect. I signed up with an ISP. A fiber installer came round to hook me up, but seems the fiber around the complex was not connected to the fiber in the complex. Been two months now, no response or ETA from frogfoot, when they'll connect the complex to the fiber around the complex. I hoped to finally be rid of Telkom but seems Frogfoot are just as bad with service.
