FrogFoot Disaster

I am only giving it 1 star because giving it 0 is not possible. I have been having issues with frogfoot since the 10th of November when they had scheduled maintenance in my area. After that I have been having issues every 2 days. If the wifi itself is not working then the Ethernet is having issues. I work online, I need my internet stable all the time, I am at the brink of losing my job due to the fiber I’m receiving from frogfoot. I am not getting what I am paying for and I am highly dissatisfied. Every 2 days it’s something. There was a point where everyday at 11pm my internet would stop working randomly. I have been calling and sending emails and all I receive back are maintenance messages. I am fed up!
