Frogfoot - cannot get hold of them ever!

So it has been a terrible service journey with both affiliated companies just not caring about client service. Took Vox 4 weeks to release a line. Now the next step is a handover to Frogfoot. Now their router is faulty and again it's a week and a half later. Smoke came out and it nearly caught fire. I have been trying to get hold of them to hear when they will send out a technician. With holding up to 15-20 min and giving up. My wifi supplier's hands are cut off and we cannot connect my wifi line due to these super slack suppliers affiliated with each other. I am so frustrated... If i knew this will all take a whole month I would have asked my supplier RSA web to put in a whole new line to side step these two useless suppliers. Weeks will go by and still no one will contact me on any progress...
