Frogfoot cannot activate your internet…

It has been 18 days since I signed up for activation of an existing Frogfoot installation in my house through Afrihost. I am still waiting…..I am so tired of the excuses and lies. The service I received from these two companies are shocking. They will lie to you for the whole time- provide deadlines for activation and missing it. “Senior” managers will call you and apologise and make more promises and then disappear. It felt like I was dealing with Home Affairs for some impossible service. How in the hell do they deserve the reputation of one of the top ISP in the country. Dial up internet from Telkom 10 years ago installed faster……
