FrogFoot being spiteful...

I haven't had internet for 3 (three!) days now!

I advised FrogFoot (via email) that ComX (the ISP) have completed their tests at my house and found that the fault lies with FrogFoot's ONT box/it's signal, etc

FrogFoot just ignores me. They have made absolutely no attempt to contact me via any means or even to fix the problem from their side.

I am assuming that this is deliberate, seeing as i have reported (to my Attorneys and to the ISPA), the fact that FrogFoot, have never ever provided me, with the 400mbps x 400mbps speeds that i am paying for on a monthly basis.

Thus far, i have had to buy DATA, 3 (three!) times already by now! An extra expense now, due to FrogFoot's non-compliance...
