Frogfoot bad news for the market
Frogfoot doesn't even deserve 1 star. I pre-order my fiber way before they did the installation at our property it's been 2 months now that they installed the fiber and I was told George York street Dormelsdrift will go live this past month. And now they come to me saying they tried to make contact with me but funny enough I have no miss calls from frogfoot fiber. Can Openserve please take over our area this useless frogfoot should not be in business after reading all the bad comments they have to there name. They sound worse than the service we received for Telkom on ADSL. Frogfoot should actually be holding responsible for the street they messed up. And the agreement on there contracts should be revoke.

02 Nov 2021, 21:52No thanks I asked your people to come and have all your boxes and cables removed from my complex. You guys did phone me and say they will come and install the fiber in 3 days and I did say no sorry not good enough because I've been waiting a long time for this to be done and I have lostmy LTE contract servicedueto frogfoot did say oncethe complex is installedwe will live and have fiber. If you guys can't install by Thursday then you guys can come and remove all fiber cables boxes and your advertising boards from my complex and you guys will fix the driveway, grass, paving, close all holes and have the place painted over. This is not on and definitely poor service from frogfoot and the best part is we didn't even got a chance to use the fiber so in my mind if frogfoot runs it business so poorly how would the fiber be probably more offline then online. I think Strongly we need to be available to choose our own services provider because frogfoot can't deliver. This contract of fiber distribution services of fiber should be re-considered in every area to choose your own services provider. And at this point I think openserve should take our area because frogfoot can't deliver. Frogfoot is newly in the market and the name is already a bad name. And what I don't get I have pre ordered 2 fiber line's of a 1000 up and a 1000 down and yet you guys are taking of one line. My records show I did pre-order 2 line's. Frogfoot should get there ducklins in a row
