Frogfoot Bad Customer Service no Service at all!!!

Frogfoot Fibre has the worst service I’ve ever experienced as a client and User. I have been without Wi-Fi for 5 days now and no response no feedback Nothing in terms of when my issue will be resolved. I’ve spent 3 weeks without Connection previously because of a similar Fibre issue I had and even then I saw the van in our complex and went straight to the guy and asked for assistance. I’ve missed important interviews and meetings because of their bar service and I’ve spent so much on data already. Their Service is Pathetic!!!!! Frogfoot doesn’t take customer service seriously they might as well shut down!!!!!
