Frogfoot are useless and ***** they just take money

I put my order in for fibre on the 31st of October for Fibre to be installed at my new house on the 1st of December.

No contact received from anyone, just received a call from a courier co.pany on the 25th November that they are at my door to deliver a package. I was not at the house this week and the courier left.

On the 1st a guy shows up to do thr installation. 20 min later he says they can not do the installation as there is a problem with the cable and a technician will call me and set up an appointment to come and look at it.

Nobody has phoned me I phone Frogfoot everyday asking them what is going on. Same story everyday " we will get a technician to call you" and " your querry has been escalated". Thats all and still to this day not one phone call.

The consultants are so useless when they do not want to talk to you anymore they put the phone down this has happened numerous time espicially from Ismail that works in the call centre.

This is a pathetic useless company and I urge everyone not to use them at all rather find an alternative such as Homeconnet.

This is by far the most *********** people I have ever delt with.
