Frogfoot and Vox

Installation was done 3 weeks back but Vox and Frogfoot haven't activated my line, no techie has come to configure my router, I keep calling them Vox says it's Frogfoot, Frogfoot techie that lives in the same complex as me is running from the situation. Both techies are giving me excuses with no progress, I've cancelled my LTE contract and there's no internet in my place. No TV! No work!
