Frogfoot and Telkom poor servise in time of need

My wifi has been off for 3 days with 3 home offices running on Telkom line, calling 3 days customer service time after time no one giving a solution or sometimes the line is cut off.

Between telkom and frogfoot service isnt very catering to people who are expieriencing problems even when house holds and offices rely on these services and expects the companies to be more reliable.

Staffs lack of effort to help in problems coupled with the fact that no ones could even give me a alternative route to try and solve the problem
