FROGFOOT, AFRIHOST, NO SERVICE- DEPLORABLE

Extremely poor communication and deplorable service. A faceless company who keeps shifting the blame via online sms, but nobody sorts out the problem. My Fibre line was installed on 02 June 2020. It is 21 July 2020 today and I have yet to get my internet working. I have tried everything recommended including changing the router, which I knew was not the problem, and still nothing. I have possibly logged more than 15 service calls between Frogfoot and the ISP Afrihost. Still no joy. Stay away from promises of cheaper Fibre packages, you could end up in the nightmare I currently find myself in.
