Frogfoot / Afrihost Fibre Service is beyond Pathetic.

FrogFoot are the most useless line providers that has ever been issued a license to operate in this country. They need to have their license placed on suspension pending a full review of their operating protocols. They cannot assist even on the smallest of queries. They don’t know who to refer you back to when there are ANY problems. Since installation / connection on the 3rd March - the line has been up / down constantly. The speed which I pay for 500Mps of R1800 doesn’t even get passed 125Mps on a fixed cable and 80Mps on witless on the 5G connection. After no joy dealing with AFRIHOST one would think that Frogfoot would step in and say this service level is not acceptable. Turns out they are worse than AFRIHOST!! AFRIHOST blames Frogfoot and Frogfoot don’t deal with the public and doesn’t resolve anything.... ICASA should step in and penalize or issue fines for poor service delivery after a full investigation has been done.
