Frogfoot

Frogfoot dug up the pavement in front of my property. After a few months they returned and said they have to remove the tiles from my fence to tar the pavement, but they will put it back. I agreed, expecting them to do a proper job. What a disaster!!! After 2 weeks, the first tiles came loose. Some of the tiles weren't even fitted at all! Emails to the municipality, ombudsman and City of Cape Town were not answered. After more than a year and a half one day 2 men (one from the municipality and one from Frogfoot pitched outside without an appointment and without the intension to meet with me. Another 2 months passed by before the area manager from Frogfoot responded via email saying that they are not going to spend more time on my property! Pathetic! Why didn't you do a proper job the first time around. You are prepared to make money but leave it to residents to clean up behind you - at their own cost! What are the values of your company? Do you have any? Is integrity one of them?
