My wifi was of since yesterday morning. I got the watsapp chat nr and reported the problem. They told me that the technician will come to my house the same day. When he arrived it took 5 min and the problem was solved. It was ants in the box outside. Thank you to everyone at Frogfoot Fibre that I have spoken to for the quick response and the friendly advice yesterday. You are much appreciated
