Frog foot reconnection

I think frogfoot fibre or vox telecom works as pre paid like all other networks.When you don't pay you get cut off ..well that's understood.But Iam from the mall as early as 8 o'clock in the morning to pay whats due.Its 17:58 My WiFi still is not up.when I try contacting them the first thing you hear is youll be reconnected after 24 hrs.I bet if i was a white woman nkabe rebua something different .I have kids over for holidays please tell me what must happen..Are you penalising us people from the kasie or the money we pay with is different from the rest Please advise me as a black customer keetse jwang.Please review ure systems cos they are really not working for us black folks
